WHAT IS JORGE BISCHOFF RETURN POLICY?

 

For jorgebischoff.com orders, products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise returned. 

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or a refund. 

We are happy to offer price adjustment on items purchased at the regular price within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the difference to your original form of payment.

To return a defected or wrong item, please contact customerservice@jorgebischoff.com with clear images of wrong or defected item and explanation. 

Images must include views of damage, overall shoe, the soles, and the label located on the outside of the JORGE BICHOFF box. 

 

International orders are considered to be final sale and cannot be granted a refund. 

JORGE BICHOFF does not cover duties and fees to ship or return a package.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Return Confirmation email and your refund will be processed. 

All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender. Refund processing time varies by financial institution. 

Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for your refund to get reflected.
